Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Generally, orders will leave via Australia Post within 1-2 business days and hopefully arrive within 4-7 business days from time of order.
However, with COVID-19 adding delays to shipping Australia wide, unfortunately we cannot guarantee any time frames at this point in time, so we thank you kindly for your patience and understanding.
Australia Post also suggest allowing extra time for shipping to rural areas, Western Australia and New Zealand ( Approx 7- 12 business days).
All of our glasses have been tested and most comply with Australian Standards. Those that do not pass will not be classed as 'Sun Glasses' and sold purely for fashion purposes with the European Standard (CE) Only.

We are a brand new business and are learning lots! Our goal is to have all of our glasses comply with the highest level of Australian Standards by our next round of orders.

All of our glasses come with a 90 day replacement warranty on all defective parts, including hinges, frame and lenses.* **You will receive a warranty card with each purchase. Upon receipt, please fill this in and return it to us via email to activate your warranty.
* Original damaged glasses must be returned.
* Warranty is on glasses only, cases excluded. All Nikki.P Woodwear Glasses come with a 90 day warranty.
